Before Christmas Eve festivities took place at Sandringham, the Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry took part in an annual charity soccer match with estate workers and locals from a nearby village.
While their cousin, Peter Phillips and about 100 others watched, the brothers went up against each other on the field. According to the Daily Mail, Harry got a “telling off” from the ref for a “wild tackle.”
In the end, the score was 2-2, with Harry scoring the tying goal. Two years ago, William played while Harry and Catherine watched.
That evening, the royal family opened presents before a black tie dinner. Instead of luxurious gifts, family members get each other gag gifts.
