Apple launches Too Pricey iPhone X At $999

Apple launched today its much awaited iPhone X, but with a high price tag of $999 and delayed shipping date of November 3.

Usually Apple releases its iPhone within two weeks of launching.

The iPhone X is a 10th Anniversary edition. The original iPhone was launched about 10 years ago.

Apple Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook said, “No other device in our lifetimes has had the impact on the world that the iPhone has.”

Cook added the intention with the phone has always been in creating something more powerful.

Apple launched iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus too with the milestone device iPhone X.

The Verge writes iPhone X comes with a stainless steel band and glass back. It is equipped with a 5.8-inch OLED display, which is bigger than the Plus-size iPhones. However, as the display is edge-to-edge, the phone is smaller than iPhone Plus models.

iPhone X is less slipper and thicker compared to the predecessor iPhone 7.

The iDevice giant calls its display as Super Retina with pixel resolution of 1125×2436. This mean the iPhone X comes with the highest-density screen and includes 3D Touch and TrueTone automatic calibration.

Existing users of iPhone to miss the home button in the new device and just a tap on the screen will wake up iPhone X. If not tapped, just picking the phone will do the needful.

The front camera has been given more priority than the rear one in the new phone. It includes new animated emoji that will react to the face of user.
