Britney Spears appears to have finally found her people… and it looks like they are Midwestern bachelorette party ladies toting those foot-long margaritas during a weekend trip to Las Vegas. Six months after launching her “Britney: Piece of Me” residency show in Sin City, Spears, 32, has reportedly signed a huge contract extension.
According to the New York Daily News, Brit has agreed to extend her shows until at least Christmas 2016 for the cool price of $12 million.
A senior executive at Caesars Entertainment confirmed the extension of the show, which takes place at Planet Hollywood’s Axis Theater. “Britney Spears has been a great success for the company and will be extended, if she wants to do it, and I cannot see why not,” Caesars Palace President Gary Selesner told the paper. A spokesperson for Spears could not be reached for comment at press time about the deal, which would reportedly add at least 30 more dates to the singer’s current run of shows.
Spears reportedly banked $30 mil for her original two-year booking, which began in December.
