Chelsea’s managerial revolving door has turned once more. With just one season gone since he replaced Antonio Conte as Blues manager, Maurizio Sarri has fashioned his exit and will be managing Juventus next season.

Fans Will All Be On Board
This one is pretty obvious. Even the fans who think it’s too early will back Lamps. It’s a match made in heaven and, to be honest, more than Chelsea deserve.
Intelligent, Professional and Hardworking
Lampard’s success as a player was due to his hard work and insistence on improving. He was never the most physically gifted athlete on any of the teams he played in, nor was he the quickest or the strongest. But he was the hardest worker around and that mentality has followed him into coaching.
Also, his intelligence can’t be discounted. Lampard was also known for his high IQ and he has also been described as one of the most intelligent players to ever kick a ball. Surely, one doesn’t score that many goals from midfield despite not having a standout physical attribute.
Of course, no one expects Lampard to deliver silverware next season, as mentioned above. But he’s likely to bring some measure of success.
