Former NBA Star Lamar Odom Hospitalized After Being Unconscious At Nevada Brothel

Former Laker and Clipper Lamar Odom was found unresponsive at the Love Ranch in Crystal (the Las Vegas-area brothel), Nevada, on Tuesday and was taken to hospital in the city, said brothel owner Dennis Hof.

Nye County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman too confirmed saying an ambulance was sent to Hof’s Love Ranch brothel and the 35-year-old was treated by paramedics.

Odom was later taken to Desert View Hospital after his condition was stabilized.

The former NBA player was initially taken to Sunrise hospital by helicopter, but his height could not help him to get transported by air. Thereafter he was taken to the Las Vegas hospital by ambulance.

In the past Odom has dealt with drug problems, but the specifics of today’s incident remain unclear. In August 2013 he was arrested too by California Highway Patrol on DUI suspects.

Meanwhile, the department has issued a statement saying Nye County Dispatch Center received a call from Richard Hunter, Media Director for Dennis Hof’s Bunny Ranch, at around 3:15 pm on Tuesday, October 13, requesting for an ambulance as a male is experiencing medical emergency after being unresponsive.

The statement further writes an ambulance reached to Love Ranch in Crystal, Nevada, from Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Service and the patient was stabilized before transporting to hospital at around 4:16 pm.

More to all these, the Nye County Sheriff’s Office Detectives Cory Fowles and Michael Eisenloffel conducted an investigation reaching the scene of incident.

Hof’s employees said they saw Odom arriving at 6 on Tuesday morning. They added he may have taken herbal Viagra.
