Lately it is rumored Apple may make the next-generation smartphone the thinnest in iPhone series. It is expected the iPhone 7 to be between 6 mm and 6.5 mm thick. For comparison it is important to know the iPhone 6s is 7.1 mm and iPhone 6s Plus is 7.3 mm.
Critics say if the iPhone 7 comes with the thinnest design, its battery could be mediocre.
However, it is also being said Apple has come up with a solution. It will use a bigger battery in the upcoming smartphone even if the body is thinner.
The use of “Fan-Out” packing technology could mean the chipset to take up less room and hence more space will be left for the battery.
As of now no official announcement has been made from Apple on the next-generation smartphone. In the absence of such poor information from reliable sources, the gap is filled by rumors and these could be taken as a pinch of salt.
For thinner devices it is important to know headphone jack would be removed. Users need to use Lightning port for an audio connector.
However, many may complain as the Lightning port may deliver poor sound quality compared to the connected headphone.
More information is awaited and those will be updated here too. Until then do share your own views too about the upcoming iPhone 7 with us and fellow readers in the below given comment box.`
