Joe Giudice Gets Pulled Over in His Maserati

Another day, more legal woes for the Giudices.

After getting slapped with two new counts of fraud by the feds, Teresa’s other half Joe just got slapped with two tickets by New Jersey police.

It all went down on Tuesday when the Housewives star was pulled over in Montville… get this… in the once-bankrupt house hubby’s Maserati, which according to a source, the 43-year-old bought a couple months ago.

“Giudice was operating a Maserati on Hook Mountain Road and was observed with no inspection sticker. Mr. Giudice was directed to the inspection unit and issued two summonses by Montville Police,” Montville Police Capt. Rudy Appelmann told the Montville Patch. “The summonses were for failure to inspect and expired insurance card.”

Joe hasn’t had much luck when it comes to getting behind the wheel.

He was charged with a DWI, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain a traffic lane in the same town in 2010. And only months later turned himself in to police for a 10-day sentence for driving with a suspended license.

He’s also facing over 11 years in prison after being charged in 2011 with fraudulently obtaining a phony driver’s license.

Oh, and earlier this month, burly Joe was pulled over and cited for careless driving in a school zone.
