Wolf of real estate!
Leonardo DiCaprio sold his Malibu Colony, Calif., home for a whopping $17.35 million.
But the “Wolf of Wall Street” actor was actually still looking at a fat profit despite reportedly cutting the mansion’s price tag twice since listing it in 2012.
He bought the mansion in 2002 for $6 million, according to Zillow.
The Cape Cod-style home was originally priced at $23 million before DiCaprio reduced it to $18.9 million in June.
Still, the grand abode, which includes two private guest homes and a beach, wasn’t selling so the 39-year-old actor slashed the cost again to its current selling price, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
While on the market, DiCaprio’s luxurious estate was said to have rented for up to $175,000 monthly during peak summer season.
