A highly accomplished youth and family marketing expert, Stephens brings more than 15 years of experience spearheading successful communications programs for major toy, travel and lifestyle brands. At MWW, Stephens will help guide marketing communications programs targeting youth and family across the firm.

Stephens comes to MWW from Razor USA, where she served as the director of public relations and social media for more than 10 years. While at the company, she launched the brand’s social media footprint, developed its blogger program and served as Razor’s spokesperson. Previously, Stephens served as director of consumer lifestyle at CarryOn Communication where she led public relations programs for Got Milk?, Beverly Hills Conference & Visitors Bureau and Nature Made Vitamins. Earlier in her career, Stephens held senior public relations positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Marina del Rey and the Regal Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles.
Stephens earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from Pepperdine University.
