Paul Walker’s Autopsy Delayed

The 40-year-old actor was the passenger in a single-car accident in Santa Clarita, north of Los Angeles on Saturday night

The body of Hollywood star Paul Walker is so badly burnt that dental records will be needed to identify the actor, it has been reported.

TMZ say post mortem examinations on both Walker and driver Roger Rodas have been delayed until the relevant ID documents can be found.

The coroner wants to wait on both sets of dental records before starting his examination to establish the cause of death.

Fast and Furious star Paul was a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT which lost control and hit a tree before bursting into flames.

Pictures from the scene show the true extent of the tragic car crash that claimed the friends’ lives.

Walker had been on his way a charity event for his organisation “Reach Out Worldwide” when the accident happened.

News of the the actor’s death was confirmed on Walker’s Facebook page.

A statement on the page read: “It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide.

“He was a passenger in a friend’s car, in which both lost their lives.

“We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news.”

“Thank you for keeping his family and friends in your prayers during this very difficult time.

“We will do our best to keep you apprised on where to send condolences.”
