Some fans of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” are sick and tired of Brandi Glanville’s dramatic and often inappropriate antics.
The wild ex-wife of Eddie Cibrian has managed to irk Bravo watchers so much that one “Housewives” viewer started a Change.org petition to try and get the outspoken blonde kicked off of the series.
“Brandi Glanville has made repetitive comments in the open media, social media, the actual television show and interviews which are distasteful and offensive to many groups of people. She jokes about racial stereotypes and child molestation among other very serious issues,” Lori Chase, who started the petition, writes. “Please remove Brandi Glanville from ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ immediately.”
The petition refers to a comment Glanville made on the most-recent season of the “Real Housewives,” in which she said that African-Americans cannot swim. She later said that the comment was meant as a joke and apologized for it, admitting that it was out of line. On the recent “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Reunion” Glanville apologized once again for the remark.
A few weeks later she made a joke about child molestation on her podcast, which she also said was only meant to be humorous and apologized for.
The Change.org petition had garnered about 4,600 signatures as of Wednesday morning.
A rep for Glanville did not immediately return Entertainment Magazine’s request for comment.
