Tragic socialite and TV star Palmer-Tomkinson passed away on Wednesday at her home in Kensington in a peaceful way while in sleep after battling and thinning for months of brain tumor, but much ahead she said didn’t fear of dying.
Weeks ago she clutched the hand of a sick pal Kirsty Shaw-Rayner in the ICU of London’s Prince Grace Hospital and said she did not fear dying.
Kirsty runs an events company.
Kirsty had a lifesaving operation when the 45-year-old star said death comes to everyone and she has accepted it.
The former I’m A Celebrity contestant added she was seeing a spiritualist and reading the poetry of John Keats.
For years Tara battled with drug addiction and weeks before her death she was learned to have starting taking drugs. She was also seen with a man believed to be her dealer.
The Friday before her death she was seen eating at a Chinese takeaway with 50-year-old American film producer Joe Simon, who said the star was crippling pain from a rare autoimmune disease.
Both had a good evening at her 4.4 million pound London penthouse. Joe received a thankyou text too the next morning.
Tara was a close friend of Princes Charles, William and Harry too.
Art connoisseur Simon said, “She was in great spirits, despite being in tremendous pain… I believe I was the last person to see her alive and we had a lovely evening. We spent last Friday night together at her flat and ordered Chinese takeaway – Peking duck, which was her favorite.”
