The annual GQ Men of the Year Awards was held in Royal Opera House, London Tuesday night, September 2. The British edition of GQ selected the most significant men from different various fields like entertainment, politics, music, arts, literature and design.
The award show was intended for the Men of the Year but it was the Women who stood out from the night – from Super models to the Hollywood Stars. It was a big night for Kim Kardashian West as she was hailed with the Woman of the Year Award. On the red carpet she wore a mesmerizing Ralph & Russo couture dress that showed a bit of her skin. Some prominent women rock the red carpet aswell like Super models Care Delivigne and Jourdan Dunn; Cara on her completely revealing sheer dress and Jourdan on her flattering sexy black cutout dress, Rita Ora who dazzles in her silver sequin elegant gown, Pippa Middleton who looked very reserved on her pale pink dress, the “Bang Bang” singer Jessie J who wore a green satin dress with a super low plunging neckline and super high slit. The Humanitarian Awardee of the Year Ringo Starr who was the drummer of the legendary “Beatles” arrived in the red carpet with her wife Barbara Bach – they both coordinated in an all-black ensemble. Pharrel Williams who was awarded the Solo Artist of the Year made a fashion statement by choosing a casual look wearing jeans and a signature hat.
