The rumor mills is overdrive before the weeding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and here are some of the wrong rumors that spread across social media platforms and other media after the couple announced to be wedding.
Before March this year a magazine claimed Markel was considering calling off the wedding as Prince had continued his closeness with his ex, Cressida Bonas. Later it was found Harry and Bonas were never seen together since a December Christmas carol event. Even there is no strong evidence that both were hanging out regularly amid wedding plans were moving full steam ahead.
Prince Harry was first introduced to Bonas by his first cousin, Princess Eugenie. Since the start of their romance the two had been spotted regularly out on trendy dinner dates fueling rumors that an engagement was imminent.
In April it was rumored Harry and Markle to move to Malibu to spend about four months of the year there. It was found wrong later as Markle is required to spend a certain amount of time in UK to get British citizen and moving to US means no fulfilling of the legal requirements.
In last November rumor mill tried to explain US President Donald Trump would not be invited to the royal wedding as he is a serious threat to human rights. However, there was no word from Prince Harry about the story but in April this year it was confirmed neither Trump nor other political leaders including UK prime minister Theresa May would be attending the nuptials.
